InterviewOpps seeks to make its policies and governing documents consistent across its platforms and services. For this reason, InterviewOpps provides the definitions for terms in our Terms of Service.

The Website provides employment-related services to both the candidate side and employer side of the equation. As such, an individual must be aged eighteen (18) or over to create an account through the Website. The InterviewOpps Website and Services are not directed toward children or minors.
2. Access to Your Data
2.1 You may request that InterviewOpps provide you with a copy of your account and personal information. You may also request information on how we have used that PII. We will respond to your request in a commercially reasonable time frame consistent with the applicable law.
3. How We Collect and Use Personal Information (PII)
3.1 Personally Identifiable Information or PII is any information that would, by itself, identify you or tend to identify you as a particular individual or entity. This PII may include, but not be limited to, your name, your address, credit card number, bank account information, and/or personal identification number (such as a social security number or driver’s license number). PII does not include any public information that is readily attainable through federal, state, or local public records.
3.2 When you create an account and register for any of our InterviewOpps Services, whether through our website or a partner portal, you may be asked to submit information including but not limited to your full name, company name (if applicable), email address, and phone number. This information is used to identify customers and to communicate information related to the services InterviewOpps provides. Additional information that is not considered PII may also be requested and will be collected if provided by a User.
3.3 InterviewOpps may collect information for purposes of processing payments. This information may be stored partially on our servers, but credit card or payment card details will be handled through the payment processor servers and will not be stored by us.
3.4 InterviewOpps Users should not provide any InterviewOpps User with any personal banking or financial information. If any such information is requested from you, please report it immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org
3.5 The PII collected and/or received about you is used to provide InterviewOpps Services, and related employment services and support. We may use your PII to communicate with you by email, text message, phone call, or other electronic, written, or oral communication method, unless you expressly indicate to InterviewOpps not to use a particular method of communication.
3.6 InterviewOpps and our third party licensors may create anonymized, deidentified, aggregated information derived from PII to improve the Services and any related matters thereto.
3.7 When you use the InterviewOpps Services by replying to an invite or registering or participating in a screening or interview, you may disclose PII to potential employers and InterviewOpps clients when they access your information, profiles, interviews, and other Content.
3.9 InterviewOpps Users may be able to download your videos and other Content that you choose to make available via the Services and store your content on their computers and servers. InterviewOpps Users may also be able to use shared links by which they provide related parties who might not be Users access to your User Content. Once information is downloaded to servers out of InterviewOpps control, InterviewOpps no longer has any ability or obligation to attempt to manage that information. You will need to contact that company directly to have information removed from their records.
3.10 Third-Party Service Providers
InterviewOpps may employ, engage, or retain certain third parties to perform functions and/or provide Services on its behalf, such as web hosting, integrated services, or advertising. InterviewOpps will share PII only to the extent necessary to perform the functions and/or provide the services required. 3.11 Business Transfers
InterviewOpps reserves the right to sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all its assets, including PII, in connection with a sale of assets; a merger, acquisition, or reorganization; or filing for bankruptcy.

InterviewOpps may be required to disclose any information about you and/or Content created by you in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose any information about you and/or Content created by you as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to: (1) comply with an order from a court of competent jurisdiction, regulatory agency, and/or other governmental authority; (2) respond to claims, court orders, or other legal process (including subpoenas); (3) to enforce the terms of this and other InterviewOpps agreements as well as to protect the property and rights of InterviewOpps, or other third parties; (4) to protect, in InterviewOpps’ sole discretion, the public or any person from harm; (5) to investigate, prevent, stop, or take other action regarding any action perceived to be fraudulent, illegal, unethical, or legally actionable in InterviewOpps’ sole discretion; and/or, generally, (6) to comply with the law.
3.13 In addition to collecting PII as previously described, InterviewOpps also collects other non-PII. Non-PII collected by InterviewOpps is not subject to restrictions.
3.14 When you use the Website or Services, we and our third party service providers use technologies such as cookies (i.e., small pieces of data stored on your device’s hard drive by your browser), web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to automatically collect internet protocol addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use, information about your internet service provider, device ID numbers, approximate geographic location, browser types, Website pages visited, websites you access before and after visiting the Website, and data related to how and when you use the Website (e.g., date and time stamps, clickstream data, and data about search terms and websites that direct you to the Website). 3.15 InterviewOpps or its third party service providers on our behalf may delete Content or other information including email or chat messages, interviews, videos, audio, upload content or video, or records of your account without needing to inform you. We recommend that you back up on your own computer any critical or important information regularly.

You may be able to adjust settings with some third-party providers to opt out of targeted advertising.
6. Data Security
InterviewOpps and its third-party licensors use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to help secure all PII against loss, misuse, and alteration. While we cannot guarantee it, we use industry-standard protections to help safeguard against such occurrences. If a breach of our systems occurs, we will notify you of the breach only if and as required under applicable law.
You understand that no data transmission over the internet or a mobile device can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, neither InterviewOpps nor its third-party licensors guarantee the security of PII and you provide PII at your own risk.

License to Use by Users who are Job Seekers
InterviewOpps hereby grants you a nonexclusive, limited, terminable right to access and use the Sites only for your personal use to pursue employment opportunities. This license authorizes you to view and make one personal copy of any postings for jobs in your job type and preference. You agree that you are the only person responsible for posting to this site and any consequences as a result of such posting is your sole responsibility. InterviewOpps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your site usage for any reason, at any time and in its sole discretion.
License to Use by Users who are Employers or Recruiters
InterviewOpps hereby grants you a nonexclusive, limited, terminable, right to access and post on the sites for your professional purpose of obtaining employees directly for your company or a company that you directly represent. As a recruiter, your company must have a contract directly with a healthcare employer to post their job/s for the sole purpose of sourcing and placing candidates directly with such employer per the terms of the contract. Compensation from employers to recruiters must be associated with hires that have resulted from that direct job seeker presentation. Marketing companies or Media companies do not qualify as recruiting agencies for this purpose. Companies that provide an upsell marketing opportunity for a flat fee to employers do not qualify as recruiters for this purpose and are not qualified users of this site. This authorizes employers and recruiters to view and download a single copy of a job seekers material for the sole purpose of possible employment and job prospects. You may not sell, transfer or assign any of the Service of your rights to any of the Services provided by InterviewOpps to any third party without the express written authority of InterviewOpps. You may also not use your license for any other company or affiliate that your company has acquired, initiated or merged into your existing company without the express written authority of InterviewOpps. Recruiters and Employers shall not engage in Applicant Harvesting which is the process of obtaining information (personal, employment or otherwise) about a job seeker by using false, fictitious, misleading or alluring job postings to unfairly entice a job seeker to divulge personal, employment or other information that he or she would not divulge if the intent of such a job posting were known by the job seeker
You may not respond to postings by other users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to apply for the job or to initiate further discussion with the candidate). Communications soliciting the employer's business are prohibited.
InterviewOpps reserves the right to terminate your license at any time in the event that it determines that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. InterviewOpps reserves the right to assess monetary damages for any unauthorized and unlicensed use.
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, without limitation:
- accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access;
- attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;

It is agreed that the Database is an asset. Database access is for the purpose of finding candidates that fill your current directly contracted job openings. Removing data from this database and using it for another purpose is in violation of this policy and you agree is an act of conversion. Conversion and continued use or sale of that information is a direct violation of this agreement and shall result in removal from the site and an assessment of monetary damages and if needed injunctive relief.
License to Use by Users who are Resource Writers, Posters and Commentors
InterviewOpps hereby grants you a nonexclusive, limited, terminable, right to access and post on the sites for your professional purpose or the professional development of others as well as comments and personal and professional opinions. You may not sell, transfer or assign any of the Service or your rights to any of the Services provided by to any third party without the express written authority of InterviewOpps. You may also not use your license for any other company or affiliate that your company has acquired, initiated or merged into your existing company without the express written authority of InterviewOpps. You agree that you are solely responsible for any material that you post or upload to the site and any consequences arising from such posting. This Site receives payment via credit card. Any refunds issued will include a $20 service charge.

Limits of Liability

InterviewOpps acts as a portal for employment opportunities and professional information and does not accept responsibility for the contents or representation of posters or users. InterviewOpps will in good faith investigate and attempt to resolve any reported misuse or abuse of the site reported by any User.
Severability- Entire Agreement
If a court rules that any provision of this agreement is unenforceable, the balance of this contract shall remain enforceable and the parties will ask the court to modify the unenforceable part if possible so that the paragraph and/or terms used becomes enforceable to the maximum extent allowable. Failure to enforce any specific provision of this agreement does not result in a waiver to enforcement of the remaining provisions.
This agreement, its restrictions and conditions constitute the entire agreement between this site/company and the user in terms of your use to this web site for searching and posting purposes. In the event, you subscribe to this site you may be subject to an additional agreement that governs among other items, distribution of jobs and information, the payment procedure and time periods of such subscription or advertisement. In order to post on our site you will be required to complete a registration. This registration will request specific personal information about you, your firm, agency or hospital group. Contact information is required as a part of this registration. This information is used to contact the user of this site about services, changes in services as well as for billing needs. Information you provide that you request to be kept confidential will not show up on a public profile or posting. An option of confidential may limit your ability to post on some areas of the web site.
Posted CV's and/or Positions
Our subscribers, recruiters and employers view posted CV's and position postings. You may have us disclose as much personal information as you wish. Job Posting Guidelines
We maintain strict quality assurance policies for our database of jobs. To post physician jobs on our website, they must meet the following guidelines.
By posting on this site you represent to us that you are posting job data for positions that you have a direct contract for or that you represent directly. You are not allowed to post job data on behalf of a consortium, job network, data aggregation service, search engine, or other entity not directly responsible for the position in question. All job posters much have obtained consent from any/all business entities to post data regarding their specific job search or position posting. By posting information you also state that you have informed any third party of how they may access to view the information posted and how to contact you to rectify any inappropriate or incorrect information. Any job poster and/or their company violating this policy will be banned from the site and/or have their IP address banned.
The InterviewOpps database is a valued asset. By using the InterviewOpps site you acknowledge and agree to such. In the event that your company and employees have access to the InterviewOpps database, you agree that the use of the database will be for the sole purpose of sourcing candidates for current contracted positions. Any other use MUST be disclosed in writing to the company and approved in writing. Failure to obtain approval results in conversion of valued information under the condition of fraud and misrepresentation and may be actionable in a court of law.
The following data guidelines apply to all jobs posted on InterviewOpps:
- Your jobs must include complete titles, descriptions, locations and company information.
- You should not post the same job repeatedly. Only 1 posting is allowed per job position.
- Your jobs must not be commission only positions.
- A valid contact e-mail address must be supplied for each job. We do not allow external URLs to be used for the application process. We will push applicants to an approved ATS system.
- Job Feeds must be in an industry standard format or in a proprietary format provided by you to us or jobs can be provided via an excel spreadsheet. We provide the necessary documentation.
- Jobs must be kept updated and all filled positions removed from the site within 48 hours.
- Job postings shall comply with all federal antidiscrimination laws.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in your jobs being removed from InterviewOpps and in some cases, at the sole discretion of our staff, your account will be suspended.
